How can I use my Montréal Museums Card at a museum?

When you go to the museum box office, tell the ticket clerk that you have a Montréal Museums Card. The clerk will ask for your name, email address or telephone number so that you can identify yourself and record your visit.

When does my Montréal Museums Card get activated?

The Montréal Museums Card gets activated the first time you use it at a museum that is a member of Montréal Museums.

How do I view my visit history?

First you need to sign in to your account with your login and password. Then go to My Cards menu, option View my visit history.

Can I purchase a Montréal Museums Card as a gift?

Of course! To do so, you must first create an account with your details. Then, select the Montréal Museums Card you wish to offer. Choose Purchase as gift, then follow the required steps.

 

It is also possible to offer a card that has been purchased in the My Cards tab.

I received a Montréal Museums Card as a gift. How do I use it?

What a great gift! To use it, first create an account on the Montréal Museums website. Then, choose My Cards from the menu and click on You received a gift card? Follow the instructions. You should receive an email with your Montréal Museums Card claim number.

I did not use my Montréal Museums Card within the required time period. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, the Montréal Museums Card is non-refundable. Please note, however, that it gets activated on the first visit and that it must be used within the next 12 months following the purchase.

I'm a member of a museum. Can I combine my Montréal Museums Card and my membership card?

Promotional offers can rarely be combined; however, each museum has its own policy. It is best to ask the museum in question for information.
